  3. Returns & Exchanges – You can return items within 7 days if they’re unused, in original packaging, and with tags attached. Sale items are non-refundable.

REFUND POLICY

We keep it simple — no long stories.

  1. Returns – You have 7 days from the delivery date to return your item. It must be unused, in original packaging, and with all tags attached.

  2. Exchanges – You can swap for a different size or product if stock is available.

  3. Sale Items – All sale and clearance items are non-refundable.

  4. Refunds – Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund to your original payment method. This may take 3–7 business days depending on your bank.

  5. Damaged Items – If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, email us within 48 hours with pictures so we can make it right.
